Gohan x Male!Reader (Ferocious)

“They…did…what…?” Gohan breathes out, eyes hidden from view as he clenches his fist, drawing blood. I sit on the couch, a blanket wrapped around me, tears in my eyes. I had stupidly decided to walk around the city when it was misty. I loved it when there was mist, it made everything seem so much more mysterious and fun. But unfortunately, I guess my ex friends were more stubborn than I thought. They knew that in a fight, they wouldn’t last two seconds to get what they want, so they hired some manner of mercenary…all I really remember seeing on them was two R’s in a symbol that looked like some sort of bow. I’d come home, blood around the seat of my pants and trickling down my legs, promptly passing out on the couch. When I woke up, my cuts and wounds were treated and I had a pillow under my head with a blanket tucked around me with Gohan sitting nearby. After I explained well…here we are.

“I know you heard Gohan.” I mutter, pulling the blanket tighter along my body. Gohan growls loudly, eyes flashing teal. “Gohan, you can’t hurt them.” I say, grabbing onto his hand to try and calm him down. He breathes deeply, cold, ice blue turning back to that warm, loving charcoal. He plops down beside me and yanks me forward into his arms, one hand on my lower back the other on the back of my head.

“I’m sorry…” He mumbles, clutching my body close. “Fuck…I couldn’t…fuck…” His voice begins to crack and waver as he leans forward, moving me back. “I’m sorry…I’m so sorry…” His body begins to tremble and his grip tightens even more. He felt so guilty over this…

“Gohan…” I rub his back, clutching the back of his t-shirt as tears start to stream from my eyes. We end up sitting there for almost an hour, just holding each other and crying. But I’d be lying if I didn’t say that it certainly helped us feel better. Someone knocks on the door and I start to get up to answer. Gohan places his hand on my shoulder and smiles, getting up to answer the door after wiping his eyes. He opens the door and I look over the couch, both of us frozen in shock. It was Jack…the fucking orchestrator of this entire thing. Gohan wordlessly lets him in, but I can tell from the glare Jack’s getting that Gohan was by no means going to stay silent. Jack gasps and runs up to me.

“(Name), oh my god what ha—” He doesn’t get within touching range before Gohan shoots a ki blast at him, entire body stiff. “What the hell?!” Gohan appears in front of him, eyes void of emotion except for pure rage. Gohan grabs Jack by his shirt and slams him down on the coffee table, the glass beginning to crack. Oh he was certainly holding back. “(Name), call off your hound!” Jack shouts. I continue to stare at him, completely blank.

“I’ll let go of you when you tell me what you think about being with a man.” He growls out. Jack’s eyes widen. “Yeah. I fucking know about it. It isn’t hard to.” Gohan brings Jack even closer to his face. “Tell me who you hired to overpower him, and maybe I’ll let you leave with one of your legs intact.” Jack begins to shake violently, then looks to me for help. “Don’t look at him. He isn’t gonna help you. Now tell me who they were.” Jack begins to stutter out an explanation before handing him a piece of paper with some sort of contact information and a list of names. “Thank you. Now get the hell out of my house.”

Of course Gohan wasn’t going to let him just walk out. He throws him out the door, with barely half strength but I do hear a loud crack followed by screaming. Gohan slams the door shut and sits back beside me, pulling me into a hug, all the while staring at that piece of paper. Something tells me Earth’s population is going to decrease a little bit by tomorrow.
